IV. Terms and Conditions
Article 1: General Provisions
1.1 This text outlines the Terms and Conditions for using
the AI Law LLC website and its online services.
1.2 These Terms
constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (hereinafter
“you” or “user”) and AI Law LLC (Identification No. 405408401), a legal
services company registered under the laws of Georgia, with its
registered address at 83 Chavchavadze Ave., Vake District, Tbilisi,
Georgia.
1.3 AI Law LLC will be referred to as “AI Law” in these
Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and all other applicable
guidelines and policies.
1.4 These Terms, including any amendments
or regulations published by AI Law, form a unified agreement between AI
Law and the user. By registering or using this website, the user
acknowledges and agrees to all Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy,
and any other applicable rules, and agrees to be legally bound by them.
1.5 If a user disagrees with any part of these legal documents,
they must refrain from using the website. However, AI Law welcomes
feedback and suggestions via email.
1.6 For questions, claims, or
additional information, users may contact AI Law via the provided email
address. The team will respond promptly and thoroughly.
Article 2: Definitions
2.1 The terms used herein shall have the following meanings:
2.1.1 AI Law / Company / Website / We / Our – AI Law LLC, a legal
services provider, registered under Georgian law (ID No. 405408401),
located at 83 Chavchavadze Ave., Tbilisi.
2.1.2 User – A natural
or legal person over the age of 18 seeking to purchase legal services
from AI Law.
2.1.3 User Consent – The user’s active agreement to
these Terms and the processing of their personal data.
2.1.4 Third
Party – Any individual, legal entity, or public institution not directly
affiliated with AI Law.
2.1.5 Direct Marketing – Communication of
service offerings, updates, or promotional materials directly to users
via email, phone, or digital means.
2.1.6 Registration – The
creation of a personal account on the AI Law website.
2.1.7
Account – A user’s personal dashboard on the AI Law website.
2.1.8
Services – Online legal services offered by AI Law, including
consultations, legal documents, and related offerings.
2.2 Each
service ordered by the customer constitutes a separate service agreement
between the user and AI Law, detailing the scope and cost.
Article 3: Registration and User Responsibilities
3.1 To access services, users must register via a form
requiring: (1) Full name, (2) Address, (3) Email address, and (4)
Password.
3.2 Registration may occur during service checkout or
through the Log In section of the website. Users can log in using: (1)
Social media accounts, (2) Google account, and (3) Email address.
3.3 The user guarantees that: (1) All submitted information is
accurate and complete, (2) They are at least 18 years old and legally
competent, (3) They will not use another person’s identity or offensive
usernames, (4) They will not impersonate others or disseminate false
information, (5) They will not engage in any activity that harms the
website or violates laws, (6) They will respect AI Law’s intellectual
property, (7) They will not access another user’s account or personal
data, (8) They will not breach these Terms or any applicable law.
Article 4: Ordering Services
4.1 To order
services, users must provide the following during checkout: (1) Email,
(2) Name, (3) Mobile number, and (4) Address.
4.2 Users will be
redirected to a secure payment page. Before completing the payment,
users must verify all contact details to ensure proper delivery of
services.
4.3 AI Law reserves the right to refuse or cancel an
order if there is suspicion of fraud or an illegal transaction. The
company may also set or revise service value limits without prior
notice.
4.4 Upon successful payment, the user gains full access to
the service. Return and exchange rules are available on the Return
Policy page.
Article 5: Service Delivery and Access
5.1 All services are delivered online, including documents,
consultations, and other deliverables, via: (1) The AI Law website, (2)
Email, and (3) Other digital platforms, as specified per service.
5.2 Once the service is delivered, AI Law’s responsibility is
fulfilled.
5.3 Customers can access purchased services anytime
through their personal account.
5.4 Information on data handling
and confidentiality is available in the Privacy Policy.
Article 6: Payment Policy
6.1 All payments must be made electronically. During
checkout, the user is redirected to a secure bank page to input card
details. AI Law does not access or store user payment data.
6.2
After successful payment, a confirmation will be shown and emailed to
the customer.
Article 7: Account Closure and Restrictions
7.1 If AI Law determines that a user has violated these
Terms or provided false information, the company may restrict or close
their account and notify the user by email. Users must contact AI Law if
they receive such notification.
7.2 To close an account, users can
click “Delete Account” within account settings. This action will
immediately deactivate the account.
Article 8: Limitation of Liability
8.1 While AI Law takes reasonable security measures, it is
not liable for: (1) Unauthorized data access, (2) Third-party damages or
service disruptions, (3) Website downtime, software issues, or viruses,
and (4) User use of services at their own risk.
8.2 AI Law’s
liability, if determined by a court, is limited to the price of the
disputed service.
8.3 The company is not liable for delays or
damages caused by third parties, including internet or mobile service
providers.
Article 9: Website Use & Marketing
9.1 AI Law may modify or remove website content without
prior notice.
9.2 Unlawful use of the website is strictly
prohibited, including: (1) Unauthorized access or hacking attempts, (2)
Misuse of company information, and (3) Infringement of AI Law’s rights
or reputation.
9.3 For marketing, AI Law may use user-provided
personal data (name, email, phone) to send promotional content. By using
the site, the user consents to such marketing but may withdraw consent
at any time, either via: (1) The “Marketing Consent” toggle in account
settings, and (2) A written request to AI Law (effective within 7
business days).
9.4 Withdrawal of marketing consent does not stop
AI Law from notifying users about service updates or essential account
information.
Article 10: Intellectual Property
10.1 All content on the AI Law website—including text,
images, animations, trademarks, and logos—is the exclusive property of
AI Law LLC and is protected by copyright law.
10.2 The AI Law
trademark is registered with Sakpatenti and may not be used without
prior written permission.
10.3 Users are not granted ownership or
copyright to any purchased material. Unauthorized use or reproduction
may result in legal action, including claims for material and intangible
damages. If a user believes their copyrighted content appears on the AI
Law website unlawfully, they should notify the company by email.
Article 11: Termination and Third-Party Links
11.1 These Terms remain in effect from the time of user
consent until account closure.
11. 2 Termination may occur: (1) By
the user, once all outstanding debts are settled, and (2) By AI Law, in
accordance with law or these Terms.
11.3 AI Law is not responsible
for content or policies on external websites linked from its platform.
Users are encouraged to review the external site’s terms and policies.
Article 12: Dispute Resolution and Amendments
12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia.
12.2 In case of disputes, both parties agree to: (1) Attempt
amicable resolution through negotiation, (2) If unsuccessful, refer the
dispute to Tbilisi City Court.
12.3 If any part of these Terms is
deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
12.4
AI Law reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms by posting
updates on the website. Continued use of the website after updates
signifies user acceptance.
V. Service Delivery Policy
1. Overview
This Service Delivery Policy outlines how AI Law LLC
provides legal services to its clients. As an online legal services
company, we are committed to ensuring efficient, timely, and secure
delivery of all services, whether delivered digitally or through
professional legal representation.
2. Types of Service Delivery
2.1 We provide legal consultations, document generation, and
other services directly through our website and digital platforms. Upon
completion of an order and payment confirmation, services are delivered
via: (1) Secure client account on the AI Law website, (2) Email (as
specified during the ordering process), and (3) Video conferencing tools
(where applicable for consultations).
2.2 Legal documents (e.g.,
contracts, legal opinions, templates) are delivered electronically in
PDF or editable formats. Clients can access their documents via: (1)
Download from their personal AI Law account, and (2) Direct email
delivery.
2.3 We do not deliver physical or hard copy documents
unless explicitly agreed upon.
2.4 When clients request
representation or direct legal assistance, our licensed attorneys will
provide services through: (1) Online consultations, (2) Written legal
advice, and (3) Representation in legal matters (where available and
subject to separate agreement).
2.5 The scope, timeline, and
method of attorney services will be confirmed with the client prior to
engagement.
3. Delivery Timelines
3.1
Online and document-based services are typically delivered within the
timeframe specified on the service page or agreed upon with the client.
3.2 For attorney services, timelines depend on the complexity of
the case and client availability. All service deadlines will be
confirmed individually.
4. Accessing Services
Clients may access their purchased services at any time
through their personal account on the AI Law website. If you experience
issues accessing your service, please contact our support team at
info@ailaw.llc.
5. Delivery Confirmation
Delivery is considered complete when: (1) A digital service
or document is sent to the client's registered email or made available
in their online account; or (2) An attorney consultation or
representation session has been successfully provided.

service, or if a service has not been received as expected, please

VI. Return and Refund Policy
1. Overview
1.1 This Refund Policy sets out the terms and conditions
under which customers may request and receive refunds for services
purchased from AI Law LLC.
1.2 Due to the nature of legal
services, refunds are only granted under specific conditions, as
outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1 AI Law LLC does not issue refunds for any service that
has already been delivered or accessed by the customer, regardless of
whether the customer is satisfied with the outcome.
2.2 This
includes, but is not limited to: (1) Legal consultations that have been
conducted, (2) Legal documents (e.g., contracts, academic papers, legal
opinions) that have been delivered or made available for download or
review, (3) Any service where the customer has accessed, viewed, or
downloaded the deliverable.
2.3 Accessing or reading a document
constitutes receipt of service and voids eligibility for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 A customer may
be eligible for a full or partial refund only if: (1) The service has
not yet been delivered or accessed; and (2) The customer has terminated
the agreement before delivery has begun; and (3) The request for
cancellation is submitted in writing via email to info@ailaw.llc.
3.2 In such cases, AI Law LLC will review the request and, if
approved, issue a refund within 7 business days using the same payment
method used for the original transaction.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1 To request a refund, the customer must send a written
request to info@ailaw.llc, including: (1) Full name, (2) Email address
used for the order, (3) Description of the service purchased, (4) Reason
for requesting the refund.
4.2 Incomplete requests or those
submitted after the service has been delivered will not be eligible for
consideration.
5. Exceptions
AI Law
reserves the right to refuse a refund request if: (1) The service was
delivered as agreed, (2) The document or legal advice was accessed,
read, or used in any form, (3) The customer failed to communicate
essential information necessary for service delivery, (4) The refund
request was submitted after service delivery.
